TFN Editor Lamin Njie Denies Bribery Allegations, House gift from Abubacarr Jawara

Lamin Njie, the editor-in-chief of The Fatu Network has denied allegations he accepted a gift of 6 bedroom bungalow from the embattled business tycoon Abubacarr Jawara.

Lamin Njie has been a subject of wild allegations of receiving money, 6 bedroom house and other gifts to launder the image of the business facing PR problems for importing guns into the country and causing the recent fuel shortages that brought the country to a stand still.

Reacting to the allegations, Lamin Njie responded to GunjurOnline‘s request for his reaction on these allegations, saying:

“Responding to claims that have no legs is unattractive for a busy editor like myself. Yet, for the sake of my fans and lovers, I just want to assure them that these reports lack every truth.”

Speaking further, editor Njie accused UDP militants of fabricating lies against him to tarnish his unblemished image:

“ Just like they said President Barrow gave me a poisoned mic to poison UDP leader Darboe on his nomination, this is another lie by a people who can bring UDP nothing other than political poverty. They are the ones who are going to make UDP lose the election”.
