President Barrow’s NPP adopts Mama Kaddy Bajo as mother
As race for 1 Marina Parade in 2021 hots up, NPP adopts Gunjur’s Mama Kaddy Bajo as mother.
The Kombo South women’s wing of the National Peoples Party (NPP) of incumbent President, H.E Adama Barrow has adopted political firebrand Mama kadday Bajo as its mother. The move followed the first meeting in Gunjur of the newly formed NPP as party grassroots mobilisation continues with just less than a year left for the next presidential elections in The Gambia.
Announcing the news, the Sweden based NPP proponent had this to say:
“Breaking news Mamakaddy Bajo is adopted as a mother of NPP Kombo South women and all. The mother is going to be (toloo) crowd on the 22 March 2020. Is going to be a whole day program for Kombo South NPP and beyond. More details coming soon. Kombo South musolu bay koo Barrow Dorong”
In January this year, The Gambian President, H.E President Adama Barrow formed a new political party in a move that would allow him to run for a second term in 2021 despite widespread calls for him to step down after the three years coalition transition period.
