Ebou Jallow’s wife vows to stand by him over D1 Billion corruption indictment
By Sainey Darboe:
Issaga Issaga, the wife of former APRC senior official Ebou Jallow who has been ordered to pay a Billion Dalasi for his part in misappropriation of $30M from Taiwan has vowed to stand by him in his moment of supreme challenge to make sure he doesn’t fail.
In her first public comment on the issue since the announcement of sanctions on her husband, she wrote:
“I am reading so many messages on Facebook right now and the amount of hypocrites they are[SIC] on some particular people is beyond this world.
I never see such kind of folks jumping from network to network celebrating , well I am taking good note .
Ebou JALLO I AM YOUR WIFE, YOUR PARTNER AND I SUPPORT YOU, AND I HAVE YOUR BACK AND WE SHALL SEE THAT YOU WILL NEVER FAIL. FROM YOUR WIFE ISSAGAEBOU.
Ebou Jallow has been handed severe sanctions by Janneh Commission alongside former officials Yankuba Touray and Edward Singhateh.
The Janneh Commission report, in Ebou Jallow’s telling, is “bullsh*t”.
Further bludgeoning the effort of the commission, he said they failed to comply with the law by failing to serve him notice of adverse mention in order to give him the opportunity to clear his name.
