#BREAKING: TRRC Chariman, Dr Cisse recuse himself from today’s hearing
Following intense battle between TRRC Lead Counsel, Essa M.Faal and witness, Lawyer Lamin S. Jobarteh, the TRRC Chairman, Dr Lamine Cisse has recuse himself from the hearing due to the fact that he is close to the witness, Lamin Jobarteh and that it is proper for him to remove himself from the proceeding at this stage to remove any conflict of interest.
TRRC Vice Chair Sosseh will continue to preside over the remaining of Mr Jobarteh’s testimony.
